A good mahogany barograph probably by Short and Mason with gilded mechanism (clock in lacquered brass) The 5 bevelled sided glass top with drawer under with two chart divisions and brass knob. The case of overall good colour (some re-polishing has been carried out) An original presentation plaque also gilded inscribed Presented to W.S.Paterson as a mark of affection by his colleagues of the Egyptian and Sudan Governments Offices May 1929 Also with small (possibly ivory) retailers plate inscribed E.R.Watts and Sons London 1637  measures 14 ½" x 9" x 9"    sold

A pleasant golden coloured oak cased barograph with 5 bevelled edged glass side panels with hinged top. Original polish with holder, inkbottle, dipper and mercury thermometer mounted between clock and bellows. Silver plate to front inscribed 'E.J. Hoos From the Friends of the staff of The Union Discount Company of London Dec 4th 1912'  358mm x 220mm x 212mm. sold

A mahogany cased barograph with 5 bevelled edge glass panels to top, brass movement with an eight capsule stack, thermometer in Fahrenheit and centigrade mounted between drum and stack, ink bottle to right hand side.  The faded mahogany case with draw and on thick pad feet circa 1910. 9" x 15" long and 9" high. Generally overalled and in good working order throughout. sold

Small glass fronted barograph with metal carrying handle with flip over lid. By the famous barograph maker Richard Freres of Paris. numbered 40868. In Light coloured mahogany case with nickle plated carrying handle and hooks to lid. Possibly 1920's. A rare and intresting size barograph.  175mm x 125mm x 112mm. sold

Oak cased Cyclo Stormograph, with flat glass and gold-plated movement by Short & Mason.  Bellows positioned underneath base plate.  Overhauled and in general good condition. Replacement bottle and dipper. Circa 1930's.  sold

Mahogany barograph with drawer with  subsidiary aneroid dial to side.   Inscribed  Munsey & Co. Ltd of Cambridge.  Case repolished, with bevelled edged glass, the whole cleaned and relacquered.  Overhauled and in good condition.  Circa 1910.  sold

A large mahogany barograph, circa 1919 (dated in pen on back of drawer) with white line inlay to case and decorative floral inlay to drawer front.   By Pilsner of London.  With bevelled edge glass all round on top.  Unusual clock mounted to surface, drum removable to expose clockwork underneath.  Replacement glass bottle, generally overhauled and restored and in good working order. sold

Oak cased barograph with 5 glass side panels. Engraved presentation plaque inscribed ‘Presented to C.D. Wilson Esq. By the Indoor & Outdoor Employees of Long Cross House on his marriage 21st October 1925’. With inkbottle and holder.  335mm x 195mm x 160mm. sold
